E2PM’s Project managers are especially effective in meeting construction schedules. They understand the importance of daily communication with clients and contractors and will revise plans throughout the course of the project to meet client needs. Through commitment to on-going communications, E2PM staff form a partnership with clients and subcontractors so that refinements and changes are identified quickly and are handled early in the process.

Both E2PM’s field construction managers and office staff, have extensive experience filing for and receiving local, county, state, and federal construction permits. E2PM has long standing relationships with many of the local building/engineering departments and is familiar with the construction permitting processes (which often vary from town to town). This unique understanding enables busy clients to successfully deliver their network services without delay from permit deficiencies. E2PM can perform several common construction monitoring services for its clients, including structural and settlement monitoring, vibration monitoring, and perimeter air, noise, and dust monitoring. 

E2PM also provides Pre and Post Construction Surveys by assessing existing conditions of structures that have the potential to be impacted by construction activities. E2PM has successfully fulfilled the role as Resident Engineer for a variety of construction projects that include: roads, bridges, rail, and transportation centers, sanitary sewers, water mains, waste water treatment facilities, parks and recreation, hazardous materials abatement, and waterfront development.
