E2PM recognizes the critical challenges that various clients face in assessing the environmental impacts of their site development/improvement, operations, and economic decisions. E2PM staff are experienced in assisting our client’s assessment of impacts by reviewing a proposed project against on-site environmental constraints, rules and regulations, and then providing innovative analyses that lead to cost-effective and environmentally sound solutions.

E2PM’s Ecological & Natural Resource Services spread across a wide range of disciplines, including the utility and wireless telecommunications industries as well as site development (residential, commercial, industrial) working directly with Federal and State Regulatory Agencies to provide efficient solutions (natural resources field work / permitting / mitigation) to fast-track projects.  E2PM’s primary service area includes New Jersey and New York.

Permitting Services

E2PM’s professional staff has extensive experience with the preparation, submission and obtaining agency approvals for many environmental permits.  E2PM Key Staff are familiar with the NJDEP’s and USACE’s application and permit processes and their applicable regulations. E2PM prepares, submits, and obtains permits for projects ranging from additions to an existing single-family dwelling, commercial facility, and industrial facility, to new residential construction, new commercial construction, and new industrial construction.  Another of E2PM’s specialties is the permitting of upgraded as well as new energy transmission infrastructure projects (electric and gas) and new green energy projects (wind farms).

E2PM typically assesses a project for approval under a Permit-by-Rule whereby no formal permit application submission is required.  As required or where a “gray area” exists, E2PM will prepare, apply for, and obtain an Applicability Determination from NJDEP DLRP.
