Construction Management Sector Manager

Mr. Ferrante has more than 13 years of experience at E2PM in the resident and field engineering services.  He initially began his career at E2PM as an Environmental Scientist and later became the Construction Management Sector Manager.  He has gained experience on a variety of infrastructure, commercial and higher education projects throughout the NY/NJ Metropolitan area.  He is responsible for providing project and client management, health and safety, and construction management leadership on a variety of development projects.  His role has involved providing project schedules, cost estimates, communication with regulatory agencies, file reviews, historic research, inspection reports, onsite field services ranging from building inspections, construction stakeout, vibration and air monitoring and asbestos / lead building inspections. 

Mr. Ferrante’s expertise also includes indoor air quality investigations, construction safety training, Brownfield redevelopment, above ground hazard assessments and subsurface investigations.  

Projects that Mr. Ferrante has been involved in include, property transactions, Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) compliance, Brownfields inventories and redevelopment, and government funded programs.
