Kristin Tallamy

Mrs. Tallamy has over 20 years of experience initially as an Environmental Scientist and more recently supporting E2PM as their Marketing Manager.  Mrs. Tallamy has become heavily involved in the marketing and business development efforts of the company for 12+ years including preparing and updating various company marketing documents (resumes, brochures, company profiles, capability statements, project trackers and descriptions), researching business opportunities, website redesign activities, reviewing and responding to Request for Proposals/Request for Qualifications, proposal tracking and client follow-ups, communicating with potential clients and subconsultants, preparing multiple proposals and qualifications packages for private, local, State and Federal prospective clients.  She has been involved in the process of being awarded many projects throughout the duration of her marketing experience. Mrs. Tallamy is responsible for updating all business certifications and prequalification’s with various federal and state agencies (DPMC, NJSDA, NJTA, NYC SCA etc.).   She often works with management and senior staff to support day to day business development efforts and updating marketing materials.  With her being very organized, detail-oriented, and with having strong written communication skills, she is also heavily involved in the QA/QC review process of company submittals and proposal documents.  Recent marketing efforts have included a full revamping of the company website.  

In addition to marketing efforts, Mrs. Tallamy is often providing support to the environmental and natural resource divisions.  She has been responsible for the preparation and completion of numerous NEPA Compliance and Screening documents particularly, within the Wireless telecommunications industry. She has also prepared Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Preliminary Assessments (PAs), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Baseline Ecological Evaluations (BEE), permit applications, and/or Environmental Assessment (EA) reports for Federal, State, and Local agencies and private companies.  Often Mrs. Tallamy provides project support in various forms to all sectors of E2PM to execute a project in a timely fashion and in accordance with Client expectations.
