Environmental Sector Manager / LSRP

Mrs. Brody is the Environmental Sector Manager at E2PM, with 20 years of environmental project management experience.  She provides an array of clients with diverse consulting experience to reduce cost and time management.  Not only has she closed numerous regulated and unregulated sites in New Jersey, but in New York and Connecticut as well.  Over her career Ms. Brody excelled in site remediation and quickly rose from an entry level scientist to managing several projects with varying degrees of complexity. She was also responsible for reviewing her peers’ technical reports due to her knowledge and understanding of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Technical Requirements for Site Remediation.  With the enactment of the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) in 2009 and the establishment of the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program, Ms. Brody was promoted over her senior colleagues to assist the company’s LSRP with their projects.  Over the years, she has assisted several LSRPs and became an LSRP herself in 2016.  In addition to her project management experience, Ms. Brody also directs soil, ground water, and vapor intrusion investigations and remediations, as well as regulated and unregulated underground storage tank (UST) removals.

Ms. Brody manages the environmental team and is an LSRP on several projects.  Additionally, she serves as senior project manager for other in-house LSRPs to ensure regulatory sites meet compliance. As a NJDEP licensed LSRP, Ms. Brody has issued several Unrestricted and Restricted Use Response Action Outcomes (RAOs) for a range of clients and Areas of Concern (AOCs).  She also provides environmental consulting services for real estate transactions (Phase I and Phase II), waste management, landfill opening permits, Brownfield projects, Indoor Environmental Health Assessments (IEHAs), Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) compliance, unregulated heating oil tanks (UHOT), childcare centers, and more.
