Residential Development Sector Manager

Mr. Patalive has more than 35 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field and is currently the Manager of Residential Development for E2PM. His function as a Program Manager, includes project management and oversight of design effort for projects pertaining to renovation, additions, and new construction. He is adept at site design and planning that includes layout, lot grading design, soil erosion& sediment control design, zoning analysis, and stormwater management design for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. His responsibilities include staff management, client development, and interface with local and state agencies. He routinely designs infrastructure improvement projects and reviews local and state land use regulations and zoning codes.  Project work includes preparation of detailed design drawings, land use permitting, applications for soil erosion and sediment control certification, construction permitting, and septic system design and permitting.  

Mr. Patalive meets with local construction and health departments to review projects at time of filing to ensure that all permit application and filing requirements are satisfied. He regularly contacts contractors and municipal inspectors to review plans and specifications in order to expedite review and construction timeframes.  

During his professional career, he has established relationships with local construction departments that is proven to be invaluable to expedite release of permits and start construction.
