E2PM was awarded a contract by the New Jersey Department of Military and Veteran Affairs (NJDMAVA) for the Preparation of Environmental Condition of Property (ECOP) and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Preliminary Assessment (PA) Documents for multiple New Jersey National Guard Facilities slated for future disposition.
Prior to disposition, each facility required an Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS)/ ECOP reports, as well as Preliminary Assessments (PAs) in accordance with applicable ASTM, Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Army Regulations (AR), Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) and National Guard Bureau (NGB) guidelines as an initial step in the due diligence process prior to final disposition of the properties.
Assessed facilities in this contract included:
- Former Bordentown Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CMSM) (Bordentown, Burlington County)
- Former Bridgeton Armory (Bridgeton, Cumberland County)
- Former Plainfield Armory (Plainfield, Union County)
- Former Franklin Armory (Franklin, Sussex County)
- Former Burlington Armory – (Burlington, Burlington County)
