E2PM was retained to support this project with various engineering design, land surveying and construction services for Seton Hall Preparatory School’s Kelly Athletic Complex – Health and Wellness Building at 700 Prospect Avenue in West Orange, New Jersey.
The project includes installing an addition to the existing maintenance building to create a new fitness center, as well as replacement of existing asphalt, relocating existing utilities, and relocating existing stormwater drainage piping conflicting with the proposed improvements.
E2PM professionals prepared boundary / topographic survey, conceptual site plans, preliminary and final site plan approval, major site plans, stormwater management design and reporting, soil erosion and sediment control plans, site traffic circulation plans, NJDEP permitting, and conducted planning and Zoning Board approval.
