Ms. George has more than 30 years of senior-level administrative and office management experience with various companies throughout her career.  She has extensive experience in the construction and engineering field, maintaining accurate bookkeeping and payroll records and is knowledgeable in all aspects of accounting.  

At E2PM, Ms. George is the firms energetic Office Manager providing direct office management support and corporate administrative services to all staff of E2PM. Her duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, check writing, payroll, human resources management, file administration, file archiving, data entry, telephone/email answering, mail handling, office supply inventory management, office furniture procurement, courier services administration, key operator for all office equipment, and preparation of documents for corporate income tax and insurance auditing. 

She is responsible for benefits administration including health, life, dental and supplemental insurance policies. Additionally, she is responsible for cost control of administrative functions and handles requests for certificates of insurance and W-9s. Ms. George is responsible for creating purchase orders based on vendor services, and appropriate follow up. Other duties include maintaining vendor and personnel files, financial report preparation for Project Managers, procuring certified property owners lists and related certified mailings, preparing for office meetings and corporate functions, and making arrangements for facility maintenance.
