Mr. Hrytsay has over 20 years of experience performing all phases of land surveying within the engineering and construction industry. He is a member of the NJ Society of Professional Land Surveyors, the National Society of Professional Surveyors, and the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping. He obtained his Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors license for New Jersey in September 2020.
At E2PM, Mr. Hrytsay performs all phases of field and office surveying and provides management and training to field technicians and junior surveying staff. He collects field data for preparation of surveys. He performs recovery of survey control and monumentation, obtaining invert and subsurface utility information, and photographic documentation of the project area. He also performs construction stakeouts, topographical surveys, as-built surveys, GPS surveying, monitoring wells surveying, FEMA and FAA surveying and Building/Tower movement monitoring. He performs field calculations and sketches, downloads, checks and analyzes field data and transforms raw field data into final maps and plans using computer aided drafting and design (CADD). He further prepares survey drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, site plans and subdivisions, zoning analyses, boundary analysis, title research projects and legal descriptions.
