E2PM was retained to complete an American Land Title Association (ALTA)/National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) Land Title Survey for the Tully House, a residential reentry center at the intersection of Toler Place and Peerless Place in Newark, New Jersey.
Tully House accommodates male residents referred from the New Jersey Department of Corrections. E2PM was responsible for managing and assigning resources to this project to ensure all work was completed in accordance with Township, County and State Regulations. Services included field updates utilizing existing Boundary Surveys from March 2012; reviewing Title Report and ALTA/NSPS Requirements; completing a certified ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey (including addressing revisions or comments and resubmitted final surveys).
