Mr. Stewart has over 40 years of consulting engineering experience which encompasses a broad range of engineering disciplines, including surveying, design, permitting and construction for both public and private sector civil projects. These projects include land development, water and sewer infrastructure, capital improvements, site plan and subdivision design. He regularly provides engineering solutions to clients ranging from individuals, community associations, developers, corporations, utilities, and municipalities. Mr. Stewart previously was the President of an engineering and surveying consulting firm in New Jersey and has managed numerous projects, both residential and commercial, and many other facilities for Counties and municipalities statewide. The experience gained with owning his own firm and successful completion of projects has enabled him to assist clients in finding economical engineering solutions to their project needs.
Mr. Stewarts experience in the survey field includes large scale mapping for State acquisitions, topographic surveys for land development projects, construction stakeout, subdivision maps, metes and bounds descriptions, easement maps, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys, record research, wetland location and tax map preparation. His experience also includes preliminary and final civil engineering design in various concentrations including major and minor site plans and subdivisions, site layout, roadway design, grading plans, stormwater management, Municipal Roadway projects and Athletic Complex Design. Mr. Stewart has extensive planning experience for both public and private clients and provides planning support and expert testimony for a variety of land development applications. Mr. Stewart provides planning services to municipal and county clients throughout the state of New Jersey and has an expertise in grant acquisition, administration, and implementation. Mr. Stewart has successfully assisted public and private clients with rain gardens, boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision plats, athletic complex design, municipal tax map preparation, road design, site plan design, sanitary sewers and drainage, utilities and landscaping, lighting and earthwork, stormwater management and detention basins.
