“When enough people come together, then change will come, and we can achieve almost anything. So instead of looking for hope — start creating it.”~ Greta Thunberg
It was great to see one of our own E2PM employees out there for a 2024 Earth Day Cleanup alongside one of our amazing clients and many volunteers in the City of Elizabeth, NJ.
E2PM’s Lisa Di Franza joined Team PSE&G, the City of Elizabeth and New Jersey Clean Communities Council as they took part in a Citywide Cleanup. Over 30+ PSE&G volunteers assisted with the clean-up of the 20-acre Mattano Park, a community green space in the City offering several recreational facilities (Soccer Field, Baseball Field, Softball Field, Skate Park, and Spray Fountain). This park is also Union County’s first playground created for children with special needs.
Such a beautiful day and great opportunity to work alongside many who are doing their small part to keep our NJ communities, parks and natural areas clean. Earth Day is a day that should encourage us all to reflect on what we are doing individually or collectively on a daily basis to make our planet a more sustainable and livable place.
Thank you, Lisa, for being a part of this day.
