Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the new “Hilltop Senior Apartments”, Irvington, NJ (Phase 2 – Building B)
What an honor for E2PM professionals to be a part of another great project. Congratulations to Urban Buildings Collaborative LLC and Lettire Construction in the completion of Phase 2 of their Hilltop Redevelopment project in the heart of the Township of Irvington on 280 Park Place. The ribbon cutting ceremony for Phase 2 was held on May 24, 2023 which E2PM attended to celebrate such a momentous project.
Recently, the doors of Hilltop Senior Apartments at 280 Park Place (Building B) officially opened to the senior community of Irvington. This has been a part of multi-phase, multi-year development that transformed the old Irvington General Hospital, a 6.5-acre site that has been vacant and blighted for years. Phase 2 has involved the construction of Building B, a new six-story affordable senior housing complex incorporating LEED silver standard sustainable design with state-of-the-art amenities including a healthcare suite with private offices and exam rooms for residents.
E2PM and all staff involved in this project are grateful for the opportunity to work with Urban Builders Collaborative LLC and Lettire Construction to assist with professional design and support during many years and project phases of the Hilltop Redevelopment.
