Environmental Sector Manager

Mr. Kelly is the Environmental Sector Manager at E2PM with over 17 years of environmental consulting and site remediation experience across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and the greater Northeast. He has extensive expertise managing complex environmental projects, regulatory compliance strategies, and contaminated site investigation and remediation for public utilities, industrial clients, commercial developers, and private property owners.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kelly has managed and supported hundreds of projects involving soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion investigations, remedial action implementation, environmental due diligence for real estate transactions, and environmental insurance claim management. He has coordinated response actions on emergency transformer spills, supervised remediation under the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program, and supported multiple Superfund site investigations. His recent work includes a Brooklyn remediation project recognized with the 2023 Big Apple Brownfield Award for Innovative Remediation.

Mr. Kelly brings a strong leadership background, having previously served in project management and operations management roles where he trained technical staff, coordinated multidisciplinary field teams, and oversaw project budgets and schedules. His experience includes collaboration with regulatory agencies such as the NJDEP, USEPA, and NYSDEC, as well as client stakeholders, attorneys, and subcontractors to achieve efficient project closure.

At E2PM, Mr. Kelly leads environmental operations, provides strategic oversight for regulatory compliance, and supports remediation efforts across multiple sectors. His technical background, regulatory familiarity, and hands-on field experience ensure high-quality project execution and strong client support.
